Ordering and Shipping

Do you offer same-day shipping?

While we do our best to ship orders within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee same-day shipping.

When will my order be delivered?

We offer two options for delivering your order: USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail. At times (specifically Fridays and Saturdays), we may hold a package until Monday to prevent it from sitting over the weekend at a USPS facility.

  • Priority Mail takes approximately 2-4 business days (plus 1-2 business days for processing) (Monday through Saturday delivery).
  • Express Mail is delivered overnight to most locations (plus 1 business day for processing – Monday through Saturday delivery). If you place your order before 1 pm EST on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, your order will be shipped the same day for arrival the next day.

Can I place an order to be shipped outside of the United States?

Due to the perishability of our product, we do not ship outside the United States.

Do you ship chocolate during warm weather or to warmer parts of the country like Florida and California?

Yes, we absolutely can ship our candies during warm weather and to warm climates in the U.S. all year long. From May through September, all chocolate orders are automatically upgraded to cold pack shipping. During cooler months, we offer cold pack shipping as an option online if you are shipping to a warm weather destination. We recommend purchasing a cold pack if the destination has temperatures above 72 degrees.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box or an APO/FPO Address?

Yes, we accept orders to P.O. Box and to APO/FPO addresses.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use USPS for all packages.

Can I use my own Federal Express Number to ship my order?

We are not currently able to charge shipments to Federal Express or UPS account numbers.

Can I order a box of all the same kind or select the pieces I want in the box?

Yes, we can not only mix and match any of our products, but I can do a special order if you let me know exactly what you want.

Can I ship to more than one person on one order?

Yes, you can ship to multiple addresses in a single order.

Why did I get charged tax?

Trish's Treats is subject to tax on internet/mail order purchases in any state where we have a store location. The state of Maryland requires that we charge tax on the shipping charges as well. All of these charges are controlled by the state to which we are shipping your purchase, not the state of the purchaser.

Order Tracking

Will I receive an order confirmation?

If you place an order online or over the phone and provide your email address, an order receipt will be sent immediately after placing your order. This email will include your order number, order total, and optional gift message. Please review this information as soon as possible to ensure all items are correct. If you need to make any changes to your order, contact Customer Service at orders@trishstreats.com or 1-765-267-6047.

Will I receive a shipping confirmation?

When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation including the tracking number for each shipment. Please note that this confirmation is typically emailed at 5pm EST on the day it is shipped.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. We email coupons throughout the year. Please sign-up for our newsletter online. For orders exceeding 75 pounds, we offer a discount of 5% to 20%. Discounts are calculated on candy totals only and exclude charges for shipping and custom-printed boxes. To place a discounted order, please call Customer Service at 1-765-267-6047.

Do you make your own candy?

Yes, I make 100% of the products sold on our site.

What sweetener is used the Sugar Free Chocolate?

The sweetener used in our sugar free line is maltitol, the only sugar replacement that consistently produces high-quality chocolate. Maltitol has minimal negative aftertaste, unlike other sugar replacements.

Wedding and Party Favors

How far in advance should I place my favor order?

We recommend that you place your order about 3 to 4 weeks before the event. We can store your favors up to the day of your event.

Will you deliver my order for me?

Yes. You may email your Excel file of addresses and we will package, wrap, and ship your candy order anywhere in the United States.
